• All orders  typically require 2–5 business days to dispatch after payment confirmation, as each piece is customised individually. Due to high demand processing may take slightly longer than usual.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Our standard delivery timeline is 7 – 14 business days from the date of order placement.

• We ship through trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, and other leading logistics providers to ensure safe delivery.

3. Delays & Responsibility

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays caused by courier companies, festivals, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
